How quickly do you process and ship your orders?

Orders are processed in 24-48 hours. Items are shipped within 2-5 business days.

How can I track my order status?

Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

Note: Please give the tracking number 24-72 hours to update. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders are generally 7-12 days. Please note that we have no control/responsibility for how fast/route the package is delivered after they leave our warehouse and is in the carriers' possession for delivery.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?

The cancellation period is 24 hours after purchase is made. 

What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If it is due to quality issues, we will immediately pay for the replacement (including shipping), but we will need to see photos of the damage.

If there is a problem with the shipping company, we will also send a replacement free of charge and handle the issue with the shipping company separately.
